The Telephone Survey Interviewer will conduct phone interviews with individuals, collect and record data accurately, and ensure confidentiality and professionalism during each interaction. Daily tasks include contacting respondents, following survey scripts, and maintaining detailed records of completed and scheduled interviews. Qualifications Strong verbal communication and active listening skills Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with telephone systems Ability to follow scripts and guidelines while maintaining a polite and professional demeanor Customer service experience is a plus Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends High school diploma or equivalent and a current Northern Illinois University Undergraduate or Graduate Student #J-18808-Ljbffr Northern Illinois University
