SUMMARY:


Under limited supervision, participates in the assembling and shipping of outgoing material. Receives purchased material from suppliers and routes to drop off locations throughout the company.

DUTIES AND SKILLS:

• prepares and maintains shipping records
• makes up bills of lading and posts weight and shipping charges
• requires excellent knowledge of shipping/receiving operations, processes and procedures
• must be familiar with Agile, RMA data base, FRR spreadsheets and all UPS and Federal Express programs
• uses computer to enter data into SAP, FRR database, FRR spreadsheet and all shipping applications

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• may be required to lift standard industry weight of 50 pounds

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• requires High School diploma or equivalent plus 2+ years experience in receiving and shipping large crated capital equipment machines
• will be required to have back test at medical clinic
• will be required to attend fork truck training class
