About the Company

 

 

Insight Global is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join the team of a growing automotive fluid distributor located in Stockton, CA.

 

 

About the Role

 

 

In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving sales growth in your designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our products and services to potential clients.

 

 

Responsibilities :

 

 

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients through effective account management.
  • Conduct product presentations to showcase our offerings.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies for territory management and business development.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical sales support and address any inquiries related to product features or benefits.
  • Upsell additional products or services based on client needs and market trends.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

 

 

Qualifications :

 

 

  • Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience
  • Sales experience within engine oil/petroleum lubricant industry (automotive fluids)
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM software
  • Exceptional customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong background in recurring account management and territory sales with a focus on direct sales strategies
  • Ability to work independently and generate new business opportunities

 

 

Pay range and compensation package :

 

 

Salary: $50,000 - $66,000/yr base + 20% sales commission after covering base salary
