RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work in a 27-bed Emergency Department with patient ratios of 4-6:1
• Day shift includes 1 charge nurse, 5 RNs, and 2-3 medics with additional staffing increases at 11am and 3pm • Night shift includes 1 charge nurse, 5 RNs, and 2-3 medics • Weekend requirement: four weekend shifts (Friday or Saturday for nights; Saturday or Sunday for days) in a four week scheduling period • No on-call responsibilities • Must have completed 2-3 travel assignments • Must have 2-3 years of emergency room experience • Experience with high acuity ERs, fast paced environments with high volume preferred • Experience with patient ratios of 5:1 preferred • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC • Preferred certifications: ENPC, NRP, NIH • Perform typical ER procedures including RSI, sepsis interventions, stroke protocol with tPA administration, central line placement, psych patient care, and facility transfers (EMTALA)• Work with EMR system Meditech • Dress code requires navy blue or white scrubs • No floating to other units required • Ideal candidate is relaxed, easy going, friendly, team oriented, and respectfulFacility:
