\n• Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
\n• Provide unit-level patient care coordination and management
\n• Supervise staff to which appropriate care is delegated
\n• Support facility CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care
\n• Maintain competency of clinical staff under supervision
\n• Manage appropriate resources related to patient care
\n• Required scrub color: Royal Blue
\n• Work in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit setting
