\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12.5-hour day shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
\n• Float pool position - can be floated to any unit within the hospital except Psychiatry and Emergency Department (unless managing holds)
\n• May float to Medical-Surgical units and take assignments that could include 6-7 patients
\n• Block scheduling is never promised or guaranteed
\n• 2+ years of ICU experience required
\n• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH
\n• Active New York RN license required at time of submission
\n• NURSYS Report License verification with all active RN licenses required
\n• Navy blue scrubs required
\n• EMR system: Epic
\n• Work with specialty equipment including IABP, CRRT, Ventriculostomy, ICP monitoring, TTM
\n• Manage patients with diagnoses including strokes, sepsis, altered mental status, neuro interventions, respiratory failure, CHF, post-STEMI, CV surgery, cardiogenic shock, trauma, and major post-operative cases
\n• 42-bed critical care unit capacity
