Job & Shift Details
Shift Lengths: 8, 10, or 12 hours
Shift Times:
06:30–19:00 (12-hour shift, 30 min unpaid lunch)
08:00–16:00
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Weekend Requirement: Every 4th weekend
Holiday Requirement: Yes
Self-Scheduling: Possible (facility supports work–life balance)
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1 year recent acute hospital experience (required)
Licensure: Wisconsin Pharmacist License – active & in good standing
Certifications: BLS
Charting System: EPIC
Medication System: Omnicell

Core Responsibilities
Review medication orders for appropriateness, dosing, interactions, and duplication
Provide pharmacokinetic and anticoagulation dosing
Medication reconciliation and discharge medication education
Oversight of pharmaceutical compounding
Ensure compliance with USP 797 & USP 800 regulations
Participate in clinical pharmaceutical care services
Required Skills
EPIC EMR experience
Automated Dispensing Cabinets (ADC)
Strong clinical pharmacy knowledge in acute care settings
