Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - PT  Acute Care Hospital

Shift: Days / 9a-5:30p, 8x5, 40hrs per week, every third weekend

Length: 13 Weeks

Requirements:

• IL License
• Minimum 1 year experience
• BLS
• Cerner experience preferred
• Teaching hospital experience preferred
• Level II trauma experience preferred.

• Required Cardiopulmonary/Circulatory Skills/Experience: Breathing Techniques, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), Myocardial Infarction (MI), Peripheral Vascular Disease (PVD)

• Required Orthopedics Skills/Experience: Ankle sprains, Degenerative Disc Disease (DDD), Degenerative Joint Disease (DDD), Elbow injuries/tendinopathy, Extremity Mobilization, Frozen shoulder, Gait training, Hand injuries/tendinopathy, Hip fractures/injuries, Knee injuries/tendinopathy, LE Amputations, Low back pain, Lumbar Traction, Myofascial Release, Osteoarthritis, Post op cervical surgery, Post op shoulder repair, Post op spinal surgery, Prosthetic training, Sciatica, Spinal Conditions, Spinal mobilization, Taping, Total hip replacement, Total knee replacement, UE Amputations

Position / Specialty: Physical Therapist - Inpatient Rehab

Shift: 5x8 Days 0900-1730

Years of experience REQ: Minimum 1 year experience required

First-timers accepted: Yes.

Weekend REQ: Will work every third weekend.

Certs REQ: BLS and state license required.

Is on-call REQ? No.

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes- PT work throughout various units in hospital

Open to accommodating block schedule? Schedule is mostly M-F block with every third weekend req'd.

Locals accepted: Yes- no radius.

Pending License accepted: No- must have active IL PT license to apply.

Guaranteed Hours: Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours. If Client cancels more hours than permitted by this section, Client will be billed for any shifts or portions thereof cancelled in excess of this section. If Candidates are placed on-call in lieu of being called off, that will count as a called-off shift.

Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income.

Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
