Job Description:
We are seeking skilled framing carpenters for new build construction projects.
• High end, custom new builds, multifamily commercial
• Stick framing, prefab walls
• Wall panels, wood siding
Job Details:
• New build, big multifamily and commercial projects, custom new build.
• Current projects in Hayward, WI, and Crosslake, MN.
Skills & Qualifications:
• 1+ year of wood framing experience (Required)
• OSHA 10 (Preferred)
Benefits:
• Per diem, hotel, food stipend ($35/day) all paid for.
• If you reach 40-45 hours on Thursday, and there isn't anything pressing on the project for Friday, you can take a long weekend.
• Constant growth, will learn and be taught a lot, and will be promoted based on skill
Employees have been their 20+ years
• Growth from carpenter to foreman to job superintendent
Work Environment:
• 7 AM-4/5 PM, Monday-Friday; SOMETIMES will have optional weekend OT
Typically, crews are sized 4-5, 7-12 for commercial, 25+ for the biggest job.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
