UI/UX Designer

Digital Harbor is on a mission to keep the largest businesses and government agencies safe by managing business risk. As our SaaS product portfolio expands, we're seeking a creative and innovative UI/UX Designer to help us revolutionize enterprise solutions.

As a UI/UX Designer, you'll collaborate closely with our talented product leaders, developers, and stakeholders to craft intuitive, cutting-edge designs that empower users and drive meaningful change. You’ll Get To:

• Innovate and create cutting-edge product designs.
• Collaborate with leaders and developers to bring designs to life.
• Support and validate your designs throughout the implementation process.
• Evolve our products and designs as a key part of the team.
• Partner with stakeholders to align on vision, strategy, and priorities.
• Present and explain your designs, showcasing their value and innovation.
• Lead and organize a team of designers in an Agile environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a passion for reimagining products.
• Expertise in Figma or Adobe XD.
• Experience designing interfaces for products like builder tools or forms.
• Familiarity with Jira or equivalent tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to lead a design team.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• A commitment to best practices in design.

We're especially excited about candidates with:

• Original content and composites.
• Experience with California Medical Provider vetting.
• Intermediate to advanced Spanish language skills.

Salary:

The annual salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

• This is an entirely remote position for candidates based in the US.
