CA License # PPO 120965, NV License # PILB 3042 Job Description Reports to Quality Control Manager and/or Client Manager Patrol and maintain access control and general security of assigned area as described in Post Orders. Respond to reasonable business‑related customer service requests. Respond to security related incidents and ensure proper documentation is completed. Maintain and submit clear, concise, and accurate Activity Logs, Incident Reports, Accident Reports, and Maintenance Reports. Work under general supervision of Site Security Manager or Supervisor, Quality Control Manager, or General Manager. Maintain consistent performance, attendance, uniform appearance, and professional demeanor at all times. Maintain professional communication with clients and visitors to the property. Respond to emergency calls including medical, fire and security incidents. Use two‑way radio to communicate with supervisor or other security officers. Remain alert and vigilant while on duty Assist other officers in a team‑oriented environment. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. High School graduate or GED required. Possess and maintain a valid California Guard Registration (guard card). Have the legal right to work in the United States. Fluent in English (fluency in other languages in addition to English a plus) Ability to read, write, understand and execute written orders, policies, procedures, and instructions. Ability to walk and/or stand in one location for extended periods of time and or complete foot patrols as required. Ability to respond to emergency or incidents and work cooperatively with law enforcement and emergency services personnel. Demonstrate a positive attitude, outstanding customer service skills, and take initiative in completing assigned tasks. All candidates who are given a Conditional Offer of Employment at Redwood Private Security will be required to complete a comprehensive background investigation into their criminal history, driving record, education, prior employment, social media, and credit prior to starting work.
