Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Utility Plant Operator for safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of utility plant equipment and building management systems.


Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain utility plant equipment (hot water generators, chillers, air compressors, cooling towers, HVAC).
• Monitor and control building management systems.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, repairs, and modifications.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control issues.
• Record and interpret equipment/system readings.
• Collaborate with team for seamless operations.

Basic Qualifications:

• Active Secret Clearance
• 2 years of HVAC trade school or equivalent certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of facilities maintenance experience.
• EPA CFC Universal certification.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with building management systems and computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to lift 30 pounds with or without accommodations.

An ACTIVE U.S. Government Security Clearance is Required to be considered for this role .
