About the Role
The Company is seeking an Infrastructure Team Officer to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and other managers to oversee the operational aspects of the company. This role is pivotal in serving as a key liaison between the company and various operational, technology, and regulatory groups. The Infrastructure Team Officer will be responsible for corporate governance, handling Board and Committee meetings, and working with different product groups to meet client needs. Additionally, the role involves leading projects for new business development, strategic planning, and analyzing financials for expense management. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years' relevant experience in operations, technology, and/or regulatory controllers. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a creative thinker, and possess strong analytical and organizational skills. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, and a desire to work in a team-oriented setting.
