About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Privates for Wealth to spearhead the development and execution of strategies that integrate private markets into the wealth management segment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of innovative solutions, working closely with the Managing Director and external partners to ensure seamless integration. Key responsibilities include developing and executing the integration strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with client needs, managing the design and delivery of proof-of-concept initiatives, and providing subject matter expertise on private market solutions tailored for wealth advisors and clients. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in private markets, wealth management, or investment technology, with a proven track record in delivering complex financial services projects. The role requires a strong understanding of wealth management platforms, private market integration, and regulatory considerations, as well as hands-on experience in designing and implementing data flows, client reporting tools, and platform interoperability for private market solutions. Expertise in end-to-end system integration, technical project execution, and excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills are essential. The Vice President will also be expected to coordinate with external partners and internal stakeholders to enhance interoperability across platforms and ensure the seamless integration of private market capabilities into wealth platforms.
