Hampton Ridge Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our team, helping to streamline operations and enhance productivity. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents.
• Assist in maintaining and updating records and databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed to support team members.
• Conduct research and gather information to assist with projects and decision-making processes.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
• Manage social media accounts and assist with marketing efforts, including creating content and scheduling posts.
• Help coordinate meetings and events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service via phone and email.
• Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with project management tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
