Description Looking for a new opportunity as a Lumper Warehouse Associate? The SIMOS team is currently hiring for full-time, long-term warehouse/distribution lumper positions. In this role, you must have 6 months of lumping experience . As a SIMOS associate, you will receive health/dental benefits within the first 30 days, paid time off, and weekly paychecks! **As a Lumper Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for lumping, which involves loading and unloading heavy bulk items up to 70 lbs.** Must have up to 6 months of loading and unloading (lumping) experience to be considered for the position. Available Shifts: 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00am- until the work is complete ($18 per hour) Perks & Benefits Weekly paychecks Direct Deposit or Cash Card pay options Paid Time Off Referral Bonus (Restrictions Apply) $18.00/Hour Bonus is per eligibility requirements Employment Type & Shifts Full Time Long Term 1st Shift Job Responsibilities Lumping (loading and unload trucks manually) Lift product, shrink wrap, and palletize pallets in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift, handle, and carry boxes up to 70 pounds Ability to carry, stand, walk, lift, stoop, bend, push, and pull Stand on your feet for at least 10-12 hours, reach overhead, twist, turn, and squat throughout the shift Maintain a safe and clean workspace throughout your shift, effective communication skills, and teamwork Ability to lift parts weighing up to 70 lbs. without powered equipment assistance Visual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic Ability to coordinate maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace Ability to utilize personal protective equipment which may include gloves, safety harnesses, and safety shoes Flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment Associate Requirements Background Check Able to Lift 75 pounds Drug Test Must be at least 18 years old SIMOS
