**Description**
* **Employment Type: Full Time, Non-exempt**
* **Wage Range: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour based on experience level**
* **Workweek: 40 hours per week; occasional overtime and weekend work may be required**
The **Warehouse Supervisor** reports to the Sr. Director, Technical Operations. This includes primary responsibilities for the following:
* Receive incoming products and goods.
* Stock received products and goods.
* Fill and ship orders for internal locations that are submitted through SharePoint.
* Update inventory spreadsheet with products received and shipped to locations.
* Build product kits.
* Manage the inventory of offsite storage units.
* Search out best freight shipping rates for larger items that cannot go UPS or FedEx.
* Product break down.
* Help on various special projects in office.
* Handle care & maintenance of company vehicles & trailers based at the office.
* Keep office consumables for the office stocked (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, etc.)
* Carry out other duties as assigned
* Maintains a strong working relationship with airline partners and vendors
* Demonstrate regular, predictable attendance
* Exceed PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards

**Qualifications:**
* Extraordinary excel spreadsheet knowledge
* Customer service support experience a plus

**General Qualifications:**
* 18 years of age
* Eligible to work in the United States
**Language Ability:**
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate both orally and in writing effectively in English.
**Reasoning Ability:**
* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
**Computer Skills:**
* Proficiency is required in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, with the ability to prepare documents in business format, create customer-required reports, compose effective letters, prepare and organize spreadsheets, and perform other tasks related to operations and the office.
