About Us:
YHE Logistic Inc is a well-established large-scale drop shipping warehouse located in Eastvale, CA. We are close to Ontario, Chino, Jurupa Valley, Corona, and Mira Loma. Our facility spans 60,000 square feet and specializes in warehousing, drop shipping, and returns processing. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team.
## Job Overview
We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team and oversee the daily operations at our distribution center. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and process improvement.
## Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of warehouse employees to ensure efficient operations
- Coordinate and monitor the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods
- Implement and maintain warehouse procedures and standards
- Utilize a forklift and warehouse management system to manage inventory
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations for a safe working environment
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Oversee heavy lifting activities and ensure proper lifting techniques are followed
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular audits for accuracy
- Support e-commerce operations within the warehouse
## Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a supervisory role
- Proficiency in operating forklifts, Order picker and warehouse management systems
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed
- Strong skills in inventory management and process improvement
- Experience with e-commerce fulfillment is a plus
