Policy Well & Pump | Full-Time | Competitive Pay + Benefits
Join a trusted name in water pump service with over 50 years of experience. Policy Well & Pump is hiring a Water Treatment Technician and/or Well Pump Technician to perform service, maintenance, repair and installations of residential and light commercial well systems.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair well pumps, pressure tanks, and control systems
Perform routine maintenance on pump systems to ensure optimal performance
Troubleshoot low water pressure, pump cycling issues, and electrical control failures
Conduct pressure tests and inspections of well components
Complete detailed service reports and job documentation
Respond to emergency service calls and participate in rotating on-call weekends
Adhere to all safety protocols and state water system regulations
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in the well pump service industry
Valid, clean driver’s license
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently in the field and in all weather conditions
Good communication and customer service skills
