Responsibilities - Design and produce engaging visual content for websites, social media, and marketing campaigns
- Create user-friendly web layouts that prioritize functionality and aesthetic appeal
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design objectives are met
- Stay on top of design trends and technology to maintain a fresh perspective
- Effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Deliver high-quality graphics for various platforms while ensuring brand consistency
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in web and graphic design
- Ability to use project management software like Jira
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Experience with web design and development principles, especially in WordPress
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices
- Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics
- Austin, TX - Live in Austin or be willing to relocate
Nice to Have:
- Experience with animation or motion graphics
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Knowledge of SEO principles
- Experience in a fast-paced agency environment
