Value Driven Solutions is searching for a proactive and entrepreneurial Acquisition Entrepreneur to join our investment team. This unique position is designed for individuals aspiring to become majority owners and long-term operators/general managers of a small to mid-sized business. Our model focuses on partnering with operating partners to identify, acquire, and manage businesses with stable cash flows in large, fragmented markets.
Company Overview
Value Driven Solutions is a private investment firm that specializes in acquiring and supporting small to mid-sized businesses. We aim to empower operating partners by facilitating business acquisitions and providing long-term operational support. Our target businesses typically have revenues of $2-20MM, EBITDA of $0.5-2MM, and a history of stable cash flows.
Role Description

• Initially responsible for evaluating potential acquisition targets.
• Transition to full-time operation of the business upon acquisition.
• Target industries include building maintenance, engineering/architecture, healthcare services, B2B services, construction, light manufacturing, technology, and software.

Responsibilities

• Assess and assist in the acquisition of businesses.
• Manage full P&L, growth strategy, and operations as the GM of acquired companies.
• Implement business strategies to enhance growth and profitability.
• Serve as the day-to-day operator, requiring relocation to the company’s headquarters for at least two years.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years in business ownership, management, sales, or operations.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on generating robust free cash flow and EBITDA.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of responsibility and commitment to business growth.
• Demonstrated capability to boost profitability through strategic business development.
• Willingness to relocate to the portfolio company’s headquarters for a minimum of two years.
• Note: This position does not offer immediate pay; compensation commences post-acquisition and includes competitive market salary with significant equity ownership opportunities.
