We are seeking an Assembler with 5+ years of experience.

Machine building, electrical assembly, gas line, control panel, and leadership experience a plus.

Assembly Duties:

• Prioritizes work by communicating with team leaders and per production reports
• Responsible for understanding customer requirements for each job
• Determines the assembly sequence, steps, and process in coordination with engineering to develop optimal approach
• Assembles parts per prints
• Completes a quality inspection and/or test when required
• Maintains inventory of assembly-related consumables
• Coordinates with Purchasing on required tools and supplies to maintain the required supply
• Completes required documentation
• Performs preventive maintenance on assembly-related tools and equipment
• Participates in QC/continuous improvement processes in support of increased efficiencies
• Cleans assembly area after shift

Projects as assigned.

Safety Responsibilities:

• Always wear personal protective equipment when in the plant
• Participate in all required safety training and perform as trained
• Speak up when you see something happening that is not safe

Qualifications:

• Blue print reading
• Material handling and crane operation
• Machine building
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
