We’re looking for a proactive, detail‑driven Attorney Assistant to join our New York office . In this fast‑paced, client‑focused role, you’ll be the trusted right hand to top attorneys—managing complex schedules, handling confidential communications, overseeing billing, coordinating travel, and ensuring a seamless client experience. What You’ll Do Serve as the first point of contact for clients with professionalism and polish. Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel across multiple time zones. Oversee client onboarding, engagement letters, and database updates. Own the billing process—prepare proformas, track budgets, and liaise with clients. Create, edit, and format legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail. Support client meetings, conferences, and firm events with flawless coordination. Partner across departments and assist with special projects as needed. What You Bring 2–5 years of experience in legal or professional services; large law firm experience preferred. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities. Experience with electronic billing and budget tracking a plus. A proactive mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and commitment to excellence. Schedule Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (Flexibility for occasional overtime) Compensation In New York, the annualized salary range for this position is $85,000–$110,000 , depending on experience and other job‑related factors permitted by law. Full‑time employees may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
