Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Carpenter who is willing to travel to join our team for a project located in North Dakota. Project is located at the Grand Forks AFB and will require background checks for site access. Job will require you to be dependable and hard working. We want to provide the best service to our valued customers.
Job Type: Full-time contract employee.
Pay: $35.00 - per hour
Hours: 56 hours per week. 4 10hr days and 6hr on Saturday.
Per-Diem: $175.00 per week.
Travel: Travel expenses and lodging provided by AGC
Project Duration: approximately 3 months (Start: Early September)
Qualifications :
· 4-5 years of hands-on carpentry experience
· Great hand and dexterity and an eye for detail
· Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction
· Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers, ect.)
· Door and hardware installation experience
· Must always follow safety guidelines
· Good understanding of basic math
· Good physical condition and endurance
· High school diploma or GED; Successful completion of a carpentry apprenticeship program is required
· Valid Drivers’ license with acceptable driving record.
· Successfully pass a background check
· Ability to work evenings and weekends if needed
· U.S. Citizenship Required
