What is our Client Service Internship? Our Client Service Interns rotate through our Brokerage Services teams throughout the summer to broaden their perspective of Holmes Murphy and the insurance industry (where available based on geography).
Our Client Service Team focuses on client retention and satisfaction. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Assisting in managing existing client relationships
- Handling day-to-day service needs
- Assisting in ensuring clients receive timely and accurate information
- Assisting the sales and services teams with marketing of new and renewal business to include gathering needed information
- Assisting the sales and service teams with preparation & creation of materials for presentations
- Attending client meetings
- Assisting in supporting the sales team by delivering on agreements made during the sales process
- Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications - Currently enrolled or in pursuit of enrollment at a 4-year institution.
- Examples of prior majors' interns have pursued: Business Administration, Finance, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Health Promotion, Risk Management & Insurance, and more.
- Prior work experience is a plus, preferably in a customer service or administrative role.
