Community Engagement & Sales Ambassador
YogaSix West Seattle | 
💰 Pay : Starting at $23/hour + bonuses

Are you a natural connector who thrives on building authentic relationships in your community? Do you have a passion for health, wellness, and sales? YogaSix West Seattle is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Community Engagement & Sales Ambassador to grow our local presence through grassroots marketing, sales outreach, and strategic partnerships . What You’ll Be Doing
Sales & Lead Generation (Primary Focus)

• Proactively generate leads through local outreach: street teams, pop-ups, events, local businesses, farmers markets, etc.
• Follow up on leads through phone, text, and in-person conversations to convert prospects into members.
• Conduct high-energy studio tours and intro sessions to drive new member sign-ups and class pack sales .
• Track leads and conversion metrics using our CRM system and contribute to achieving weekly/monthly goals.

Community Engagement & Studio Events

• Plan and host fun, mission-aligned local events and in-studio activations to increase brand visibility.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, and organizations for cross-promotion.
• Serve as a friendly, welcoming face of YogaSix both in and out of the studio—build rapport with current and future members.

Marketing & Social Media Support

• Collaborate on hyper-local social media content that highlights our community partnerships and events.
• Assist with community-facing flyers, email outreach, and brand ambassador initiatives.
• Represent the brand at tabling events, health fairs, and fitness expos.

Who You Are

• A go-getter with 2+ years experience in sales, community outreach, fitness marketing, or event promotion .
• Passionate about wellness, yoga , and helping people feel great in their bodies.
• Comfortable with cold outreach, local canvassing, and face-to-face conversations.
• Tech-savvy with familiarity in tools like Instagram, Facebook, Canva, or CRM platforms.
• Local to West Seattle or well-connected in the community (a huge plus!).
