As your confidence builds, you are supported in developing patient care skills that can help you obtain licensure that allows you to grow in responsibilities and compensation. Job Duties: Maintain instruments and working areas by staying highly organized and informed on sterilization protocols. Efficiently prepare and arrange instruments, trays, medications and required material. Accurately perform all tests and maintenance on autoclave equipment. Required Experience: Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, GED. Current CPR certification. Infection Control Certificate.
