Job Title: Director of Ecommerce – Food & Beverage Industry

About the Role:

R2 Global are currently hiring for a Director of Ecommerce to lead and optimize our clients digital sales strategy within the ever growing food & beverage industry. You will be responsible for driving online revenue growth, enhancing customer experience, and overseeing the ecommerce platform, while working closely with cross-functional teams. This role requires expertise in digital marketing, social media marketing and PPC campaign management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, and email marketing to drive traffic and conversions.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics to measure performance, refine strategies, and report on outcomes to senior leadership.
• Innovation: Stay on top of trends in ecommerce and the food & beverage industry, introducing innovative tools and strategies.
• Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute ecommerce strategy to align with business goals, identifying growth opportunities. Lead and manage a high-performing ecommerce team.
• Platform Management: Oversee the ecommerce website, ensuring a seamless user experience across desktop and mobile.
• Customer Experience: Optimize product merchandising and create personalized experiences to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of ecommerce experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role in the ecommerce industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, ecommerce platforms (Magento/Adobe Commerce/Shopify) , and CMS.
• 6+ years experience managing PPC campaign, 5+ years of social media marketing experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
