As an Entry-Level Recruiter & Virtual Interviewer, you will be a key player in our hiring funnel, responsible for conducting high-volume hiring calls, screening resumes, and managing candidate communications via SMS and email. Your ability to create a positive candidate experience will be essential in securing interviews and ensuring candidates feel valued.
Beyond traditional recruiting tasks, you will also participate in secret shopping to assess candidate engagement and leverage AI technology to enhance recruitment efficiency. This is a performance-based role where meeting hiring goals and collaborating on process improvements are key to success.
