Beyond traditional recruiting tasks, you will also participate in secret shopping to assess candidate engagement and leverage AI technology to enhance recruitment efficiency. This is a performance-based role where meeting hiring goals and collaborating on process improvements are key to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume hiring calls to screen candidates and secure interview commitments.
• Review and assess resumes to identify top talent.
