Job Description

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and update existing Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) programs to ensure content is current and remains applicable 
• Standardize EHS document format and appearance (policies, procedures, guidelines)
• Update EHS information currently posted on internal web portal and ensure an organized presentation is provided to our internal customers 
• Evaluate EHS training materials and provide improvements with updated content and graphics relevant to the subject matter and to our company culture 
• Evaluate a site emergency preparedness plan and organize a training and drill event 
• Prepare a statistical analysis of incidents related to job practice 
• Other duties relating to EHS as assigned 

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams 
• Well organized, good communication skills and a desire to learn 
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working in a team environment 
• Understanding of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration Code of Federal Regulations and applicability to general industry 
• Currently pursuing studies towards a degree in Occupational Health Safety and demonstrates good academic standing
