Job Summary:

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our Front of House team. As a Front of House Staff member at our fast casual restaurant, you will be the face of our brand—welcoming guests, taking orders, delivering food, and ensuring every customer enjoys a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant
• Take customer orders accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system
• Answer questions about the menu, make recommendations, and accommodate special requests
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area, condiment stations, and drink stations
• Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly
• Assist with packaging takeout and delivery orders
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues professionally and promptly
• Restock napkins, utensils, and other supplies as needed
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling protocols
• Collaborate with team members and kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and a team player
• Comfortable standing for long periods and performing light physical tasks
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
