The Opportunity:

As part of the Financial Markets Business Advisory team, you will help audit teams assess Private Equity portfolio valuations, set strategic directions, lead business development, and foster leadership development. You will focus on impactful decision-making, client relations, and mentoring.

Responsibilities:

• Assist audit teams with valuation evaluations.
• Define and lead business development strategies.
• Make executive-level decisions.
• Manage client engagements.
• Mentor future leaders.
• Promote a collaborative, tech-enabled environment.
• Oversee multiple projects for successful outcomes.
• Uphold firm principles and reputation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 8 years of relevant experience.
• Required certifications: CPA, CFA Level 3, JD, PhD, MBA, or related finance/valuation credentials.

Preferred Skills:

• Background in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Real Estate, etc.
• Client interaction skills.
• Responsibility for team quality.
• Conflict resolution.
• Complex document and presentation skills.

• Project management including resource and financial management.
