Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair fire alarm systems and security equipment.
• Conduct thorough system inspections and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service during installations and service calls.
• Educate clients on system functionality and best practices for security.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Keep accurate records of installations, repairs, and service requests.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in security technology.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in electronics preferred.
• Proven experience as an alarm technician or in a related field.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with alarm systems, CCTV, and access control systems.
• Certification in alarm installation and service is a plus.
• NICET Level I minimum
• NICET Level II preferred
