If you're passionate about logistics, quality control, and leading teams, we want you on board!Principle Duties & Responsibilities: Develop strategies, plan, organize and execute all maintenance functions for the supported companiesOperate in the most efficient cost effective manner possibleEstablish and negotiate all necessary arrangements for procurement and maintenance support from outside vendors and suppliersRecruit, train and mange maintenance department staffMonitor and control spending to insure that expenses are consistent with approved budgetsProvide high reliability and in-service rate for equipmentProvide key specification input for all purchases/leases to increase efficiency and service capabilitiesMaintain a safe productive working environmentOperate in compliance with all appropriate OSHA and other regulatory regulationsProvide strong leadership, motivation and direction for the maintenance teamDevelop and implement industry leading best practices Requirements Experience with planning, directing and executing all activities related to a tractor and refrigerated trailer maintenance facility.Positive can do attitudeDemonstrated successful leadership experienceExcellent interpersonal and written communication skillsOrganizational and planning skills with strong attention to detailSelf-starter with ability to work effectively in a team environmentGood judgment in making timely and sound decisionsAbility to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced working environmentComputer literate to include Microsoft office products, MMS and related software programs Thorough knowledge of safety rules and regulations at all levels of government, including federal, state and local
