About the Role:

As a Full Stack Developer specializing in Microsoft technologies, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust applications that support our operations. Your expertise will enable you to work on both the front-end and back-end of our systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong understanding of Microsoft technologies.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with database management systems, particularly SQL Server.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 a big plus.
• Experience with emerging AI capabilities as it relates to Microsoft 365.
• Experience in the finance industry a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud services such as Azure.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Certifications in Microsoft technologies or related fields.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Microsoft technologies such as ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services to enhance application functionality.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, optimizing performance and scalability.
