The Master's Classical Christian Academy – Developing Character & Faith in Action
The Master's Classical Christian Academy seeks a dedicated, dynamic teacher passionate about classical education and Christian discipleship. We are looking for a strong Christian role model who can teach math, science, and other core subjects across multiple grade levels and is also open to mentorship and preparation for a future leadership role as principal .
Qualifications:
A deep, active Christian faith , demonstrated by regular church attendance with family and a commitment to Biblical living.
A bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university (education or subject-specific majors preferred).
A calling to academically and spiritually mentor students , modeling Christ-like character and servant leadership.
A willingness to embrace the vision of classical Christian education and participate in ongoing professional and spiritual development.
The Ideal Candidate:
Is passionate about teaching and can instruct in math and science , with flexibility to teach other subjects as needed.
Has strong classroom management skills and communicates clearly and warmly with students and parents.
Feels called not just to teach, but to lead —open to growth, feedback, and training for future administrative leadership .
Thrives in a team environment and shares a heart for shaping young hearts and minds for the glory of God.
