Role Summary
As an HVAC Helper , youll work alongside experienced technicians to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems. This is an entry-level role perfect for someone eager to learn the trade, develop technical skills, and grow into a certified HVAC professional. No prior experience requiredwe provide training!

Key Responsibilities
- Assist technicians with installing, servicing, and repairing HVAC equipment.
- Handle tools, equipment, and materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform basic system diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Maintain clean worksites and company vehicles.
- Learn EPA safety standards and industry best practices.
- Provide excellent customer service during on-site visits.

Qualifications & Skills
- No HVAC experience needed! (Training provided).
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid drivers license with clean record (required).
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces.
- Eagerness to learn, follow instructions, and ask questions.
- Basic hand tools (e.g., wrench set, drill); specialty tools provided.
- Strong work ethic and teamwork mindset.

Physical Requirements
- Stand, bend, kneel for extended periods.
- Work outdoors in seasonal Virginia temperatures.
- Operate power tools and handle refrigerants (with training).
