Cleaning company seeking reliable candidate with experience to clean building part-time. The hourly pay offered is $25.00/hr. 3 days a week, 1.0 hrs a day $300.00/mo

Must have experience and be able to pass background screen, E-verify and urinalysis

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety procedures by handling cleaning equipment and supplies according to company protocol
• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming
• Gather and empty trash; replace liners
• Cleaning and stocking restrooms, break rooms, and other areas as instructed
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
• Polish windows and frames; other surfaces as assigned
• Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and other duties as outlined in the scope of work
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Proven working experience as a janitor
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
• Integrity and ability to work independently

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Janitorial: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
