Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Investment Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide critical support in analyzing and evaluating potential commercial real estate investment opportunities, conducting financial modeling, market research, and preparing investment memorandums. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for commercial real estate, strong analytical skills, and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of a thriving investment team. Key Responsibilities: Conduct financial analysis and underwriting of commercial real estate investments, including cash flow modeling, discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, and sensitivity analysis. Prepare and maintain complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and portfolio performance. Perform comprehensive market research to assess trends, valuation, and potential investment risks. Assist in due diligence processes on acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. Create investment memos and presentations to support decision-making for senior management and investment committees. Assist with research on land acquisition opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including asset management, finance, legal, and development. Stay current with industry trends, economic factors, and market conditions impacting commercial real estate. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in real estate analysis, investment banking, consulting, or related fields. Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and real estate valuation techniques. Familiarity with commercial real estate markets and asset types. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with real estate software (e.g. CoStar, RealPage, Argus) is a plus.
