Position: Oracle Fusion Technical Manager
Location: Onsite- Atlanta, GA (Local only)
Duration: 6+ Months
Job Description
Seeking Technical Manager with 8-10 years experience to lead Oracle on-prem to Fusion Cloud (ERP/HCM/SCM) migrations.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Fusion migrations defining scope/timelines/deliverables. Manage/mentor technical teams, engage stakeholders with updates, oversee implementations/integrations/troubleshooting, ensure security/governance compliance. Identify risks and implement mitigations.
Must-Haves:
Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, SCM modules) implementation expertise.
Oracle on-prem architecture and migration strategies.
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, data migration tools.
Leadership Essentials:
Proven technical team leadership on large-scale Oracle projects.
Project planning/execution/delivery, Agile/hybrid methodologies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management
