At Four Seasons Produce, our Packers are the ones who make that decision. Our Packers sort and pack fresh fruits and vegetables into trays, bags, and boxes to ensure the highest quality is delivered to grocery stores throughout the Northeast.
Work alongside experienced Packers and learn how to handle, grade, package, and label fresh produce. Whether you find a passion in Packing or you want to learn new skills in the business, there is a place for you at Four Seasons Produce.
Location: Ephrata, PA (On site)
Schedule: Rotating 6:00 am - 4:30 pm (Summer Only)
What you get to do - Efficiently package and sort product following Four Seasons' packing procedures
- Meet required quality standards for finished products
- Ensure that product is labeled correctly
- Maintain and adhere to food safety policies and practices
- Follow safe work practices, and maintain a safe work area
- Occasional overtime required
What you bring - You enjoy working on a team and interacting with others
- You can identify and distinguish colors for grading produce
- You have good hand dexterity to sort produce

We partner with local growers to bring fresh organic and conventional produce to our Lancaster County, PA facility. We grade and package fruits and vegetables, sending only the best with our Drivers to deliver to independent retailers, natural food stores, and food co-ops.
