Job Description

Our client, an innovative leader in educational technology, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Higher Education Business Unit supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Program Manager II

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $53.80 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Facilitates delivery of large cross-team programs by driving commitments to completion on time and with quality.
  • Partners closely with product and engineering leadership to provide guidance and leadership across multiple platform teams.
  • Champions agile methodologies throughout the development process and adherence to the SDLC.
  • Owns and manages communication plans across programs, ensuring transparency and buy-in on key decisions.
  • Acts as a coach to agile teams, ensuring appropriate ceremonies occur with valuable outcomes.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 5 years of Agile project management experience, managing project timelines and scope to meet business requirements.
  • Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheet, with the ability to produce detailed dashboards and reports.
  • Experience in project planning and risk management.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
