We are a dynamic marketing agency specializing in Amazon marketing solutions. We handle both one-off and long-term projects for clients looking to optimize their presence and performance on Amazon's marketplace.

The Role

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and take ownership of our project management system (Teamwork) while providing critical support to client projects and our Philippines-based team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize our Teamwork platform to ensure smooth project workflows
• Coordinate multiple client projects simultaneously, from kickoff to completion
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and our Philippines team
• Create and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Track project metrics and generate regular progress reports
• Facilitate clear communication among all stakeholders

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a marketing agency
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience with Teamwork or similar project management tools
• Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently
• Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities

Highly Desired

• Experience with Amazon marketing, advertising, or marketplace strategy
• Familiarity working with remote teams, particularly in the Philippines
• Understanding of e-commerce ecosystems and digital marketing principles
• PMP certification or equivalent
