Job Title: Electrical Project Manager - DOT / Port Authority
Location: Bronx, NY
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team in Queens. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex electrical projects within DOT / Port Authority , including Public Infrastructure and Transit related projects across the Metro Area . This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious professional to play a key role in delivering high-profile projects across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage electrical construction projects from inception through to completion.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain project quality and safety standards.
Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Manage procurement of materials and subcontractor services.
Ensure compliance with union agreements, safety regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the electrical construction sector .
Background in Bridges, Airports & WTC as well as NYCDOT/NYSDOT is highly desirable.
Strong technical understanding of electrical systems and project delivery.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
LU3 Union membership preferred , but non-union candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.
