How you will enjoy your day: Lead the guest experience and operational performance through elevated spa services, wellness activities, facilities, retail offerings and touch points. Oversee all operations of Mii amo in General Manager's absence. Development and integration of Mii amo spa, wellness and retail operation and team in combination with activity experiences. Work with department managers and supervisors across property and oversee all aspects of the spa budgets, spa facility operations, purchases and supplies, retail cohesion and other operational procedures. Set an example to all employees and management by continually demonstrating and supporting a strong guest service philosophy and integration within the Mii amo and Enchantment guest experience. Responsibilities and Authorities: * Ability to maintain a high level of luxury guest service at all times in all guest services areas. * Acts as Manager on Duty as required. * Works closely with all departments to ensure guest service levels are being met, revenue objectives achieved and relevance within the wellness industry maintained. * Ability to deal effectively with all departments with regular communication. Minimum Requirements: College degree in related field or equivalent experience. 10+ years' experience in resort/spa operations management.
