About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role will focus on identifying potential customers, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify target markets to generate new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
• Prepare and negotiate quotes, proposals, and contracts.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall business growth.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in [industry, e.g., life sciences, chemicals, biotech].
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales opportunities.
