You\u2019ll support the installation of residential rooftop solar systems while following all safety protocols and ensuring top-notch craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities Load/unload materials and stage job sites Assemble and install solar panels, racking, and components Flash roof penetrations and complete basic electrical tasks Follow plans, installation protocols, and safety procedures Support senior crew members and assist with training new installers Maintain professionalism with homeowners when onsite Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements 6 months to 1 year of solar installation experience preferred High school diploma or GED required Basic knowledge of PV systems, hand/power tools, and conduit Comfortable working on roofs and in outdoor environments Must follow instructions and safety policies Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally if needed Physical Demands Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly Comfortable standing, climbing, kneeling, and working at heights Must be able to work on various roof types in different weather conditions Repetitive motion, balance, and coordination required Freedom Forever is an equal opportunity employer.
