Salary: Fully Licensed: $80,000 -$100,000+ Supervisee: DOE
Papillon Healing Specialists is seeking licensed or pre-licensed therapists/mental health counselors fluent in Portuguese to join our team as a Portuguese-Speaking Therapist .

Requirements:
- Licensed as LCSW/CSW/CSWI, CMHC/ACMHC, LMFT, or equivalent
- Knowledgeable in a wide range of diagnoses and clinical theories
- Willing to learn and use the companys internal technical tools and record-keeping software
- Skilled in providing psychotherapy to clients from diverse backgrounds
- Able to work in compliance with state and federal laws, including HIPAA
- Fluent in Portuguese
Job Type:
- Part-time with the opportunity to build up to full-time as we help grow your caseload
- Requires at least one in-office day per week for part-time and two in-office days for full-time
- Schedule is flexible and negotiable

Responsibilities:
- Provide psychotherapy for individuals, families, couples, and groups
- Apply best practices in outpatient therapeutic settings
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to clients unique needs
- Maintain accurate treatment records, notes, and reports
- Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive client care
- Complete tasks assigned by the Management Team
