Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated and experienced individuals to join our team as Unarmed Security Officers. This position is responsible for maintaining security at an access control point and conducting patrols as needed. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, offering flexibility to suit various schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Access Control: Monitor and control access at designated points, ensuring only authorized individuals enter premises.
• Patrols: Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas to deter and detect unauthorized activities.
• Incident Response: Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies as per established protocols.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and employees while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Report Writing: Maintain accurate records and write comprehensive reports detailing observations and activities during shifts.
• Security Measures: Enforce site-specific security measures, policies, and procedures to safeguard property and personnel.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations, maintaining a safe environment for all.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security-related role.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform patrols.
