We are seeking a talented and creative UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing intuitive and user-centered digital experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless and engaging user interfaces that meet both user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with project goals.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
- Maintain and evolve design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Portfolio showcasing previous UX design work and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- Familiarity with analytics tools to measure user behavior.
